An Alert to Our Customers
Re: Be Alert of the Misleading Renewal
Mail Notices |
 |
It has come to our attention that many of our customers have received domain name renewal notifications from
one or more of our competitors via US Postal Mail. These
renewal mails were intended to lure
unsuspecting customers into authorizing registrar transfer thereby transferring domain name(s) to
them.
Please be alert that these renewal postal mails were not sent from us. DomainProcessor.com only sends out renewal notices to customers via emails at
60 days, 30 days, and 15 days prior to the domain name expiration date. Our email notices are clearly marked from DomainProcessor.
The customers who were misled by these postal mail renewal
notices are paying higher prices for renewal and will need to pay additional fee for URL forwarding, email forwarding, and other services that are provided for FREE at DomainProcessor.
If you believe that you were misled by these postal mail renewal
notices, we welcome you to make yourself heard by writing to ICANN (governing agency for registries and registrars).
Sincerely,
DomainProcessor Customer Care
