organization contact is the individual or organization associated
with your domain name.
If I change the organization
contact to another person or organization, does this mean I've
changed the registrant/ownership of the domain name? No.
This changes the organization contact in the whois but does not
change the ownership of the domain name. If you are selling your
domain name or giving up the ownership of your domain name to
another individual or organization, you will need to provide the
necessary official documents to transfer the registrant of your

How long will it be until the
modifications I have made to my domain name Organization Contact
Information take effect? The changes you make to the organization contact will be
updated within 24hrs.
Can I have my contact information
removed from the WHOIS database? No. InterNIC is required to provide the organization,
administrative, technical and billing contact to those performing WHOIS
queries.
Step-by-step
instructions to modifying the organization contact
Step 1 Login to your Account Manger
by entering your username and password.
Step 2
Select the domain name that you would like to modify.
Step 3
Then click on the Organization Contact from the
menu located on the left hand side of page.
Step 4
Click the "Modify" button at the bottom of the page to
edit information.
Step 5 Type in the new information in the provided fields. If you
would like to update the admin/billing/tech contact with the same
information, select the check box. When you are done, click the
"Update Now" button. Your information will be updated
within 24hrs.
