How much does domain name renewal
cost?
The fee for renewal is $20 per domain name per year. For .cn domain names, it is $39.95.

Will DomainProcessor remind me when my
domain name needs to be renewed?
Yes. DomainProcessor will remind you via email 2 months, 1 month,
and 2 weeks prior to the expiration of your domain name.

Can I renew multiple domain names simultaneously?
Yes. You can renew multiple domain names simultaneously. All the
domain names that are renewed together will be charged to the same
credit card.

Can I renew my domain name before
the term is up?
Yes. You can renew your domain name at anytime after the initial 60-day waiting period during its term.

My domain name has just
expired, could I still renew it?
Once a domain name expires, there is a renewal grace period, during which the domain name may still be renewed.
For .com, .net, .org, .info, .biz, .us, and .name, it is 40 days. For .cn, there is no renewal grace period.
For .com, .net, .org, .info, .biz, and .us, there is a Redemption Grace Period (RGP) after the renewal grace period.
During this 30-day RGP, domain name can be restored. Restore fee is higher than renewal fee.

After RGP, the expired domain name can not be renewed/restored.

What type of payment methods
are accepted for domain renewal?
Currently, we only accept credit cards: Visa, Master, Amex,
and Discover Card.

What will happen if I don't renew my domain name?
Once a domain name expires, there is a renewal grace period, during which the domain name may still be renewed.
For .com, .net, .org, .info, .biz, .us, and .name, it is about 40 days. For .cn, there is no renewal grace period.
For .com, .net, .org, .info, .biz, and .us, there is a Redemption Grace Period (RGP) following the renewal grace period.
During this 30-day RGP, domain name can be restored. Restore fee is higher than renewal fee.

A 5-day pending-delete period will follow RGP if the expired domain name is not restored during RGP.
During its pending-delete period, no change can be made to the domain name.
After its 5-day pending-delete period, the expired domain name will be available for the public to register.

Can I renew a domain name,
which was originally registered through Networksolutions,
through DomainProcessor.com?
Yes. You will need to initiate registrar transfer of your domain name to
renew your domain name through DomainProcessor.com. Please click here for
instructions for registrar transfer.

Step-by-step
instructions to modifying the administrative contact
Step 1
Login to your Account Manger
by entering your username and password.
|

Step 2
Click on "Domain Renewal" from the gray bar on the top.
|

Step 3
Select the domain name(s) that you would like to renew.
|

Step 4
Select the renewal term for each domain name. Once you have
selected the renewal term, click the "Continue" button.
|
|
|
Step 5
Enter your payment info. Then click the "Continue"
button. You will be brought to a page to confirm all the info that
you have submitted. Once you confirm that the info are all
correct, an order confirmation receipt will be available (print
this form out to keep as your record). You will receive an email
notification (within 24~48hrs) once the renewal has been
successfully processed.
